What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can lead qualitative research and community engagement—translating field insights into actionable recommendations for gender equality, health, and sustainable grassroots impact, collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen programs.

I’m a Qualitative data Researcher with experience designing and conducting qualitative research, including in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs). I work closely with community members and health officials to understand real-world challenges and strengthen maternal and child health practices at both community and facility levels.

I combine qualitative findings with data-informed analysis—collecting and analyzing quantitative data from health facilities, using the CFIR framework to interpret IDI themes, and developing journey maps based on 120+ verbal autopsies. I also maintain birth notifications and registrations in REDCap for real-time tracking, while coordinating with ASHAs, Sanginis, CHOs, ANMs, and block-level officials to ensure smooth program operations.

Before my current role, I strengthened impact through internships in fundraising, project development, and research and policy. I’ve built donor and community trust, led the “Don’t Give Alms, Support Employment” campaign, supported social media storytelling, and contributed to market studies and capacity-building for women—always aiming to translate fieldwork into sustainable, collaborative outcomes.
