I also communicate with clients to answer questions and support their satisfaction with the services provided.

As part of the loan closing process, I collect documentation from borrowers and sellers and review property titles.

For my MBA, I studied non-performing assets in public and private sector banks using secondary data from official RBI websites, articles, and journals, and explored suggestions banks could adopt to reduce NPAs.
