I'm looking to build scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that solve meaningful business problems, especially through CRM automation, integrations, user-focused design, and reliable testing.

At M&T Bank, I build secure Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud and nCino, supporting client onboarding, commercial lending, portfolio management, and regulatory workflows. I develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, and API integrations while improving testing with ACCELQ automation.

Previously, I delivered Experience Cloud, case management, and integration solutions for National Grid and American Express. I bring hands-on experience across Salesforce configuration, Service Cloud, Visualforce, Aura, SOQL, data migration, CI, and the full testing lifecycle.
