Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for a UK-based property management company, including supplier invoice processing, bank and GL reconciliations, and month-end support. Took ownership of the bookkeeping function and independently managed daily finance operations in a remote environment.

Managed global finance operations and reporting for UK and international stakeholders, including GL, bank, and third-party reconciliations (Stripe, Givex), multi-currency remittances, and FP&A support. Completed handover from former Financial Controller within one week and built an Excel-based financial dashboard to improve management visibility.

Managed accounts receivable ageing and monitored customer outstanding balances, prepared management reports and financial analysis, and supported budgeting and forecasting. Developed an Excel-based AR ageing dashboard to improve visibility of overdue balances.

Managed daily cash flow and treasury operations, performed bank reconciliations, and prepared daily cash and collections reports. Reduced final settlement clearance time from 28 days to 10 days, improving cash flow and operational efficiency.

Prepared annual budgets, performed variance analysis, calculated product landed costs, and processed supplier invoices and payments. Cleared a four-month import backlog and resolved long-standing unreconciled import schedules.

Completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Accounting in 2024.

Qualified as an ACCA member in 2017.
