I’ve evaluated more than 500 Capex projects, from $50K to $20M, using NPV, IRR, payback, and scenario analysis to inform investment recommendations. I also develop financial models and business cases for management initiatives.

As a Regional FP&A Analyst at Guardian Glass, I developed Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting tools to improve visibility into performance, cost drivers, and operational variances. I partnered with plant and operations teams to investigate variances and support corrective actions.

Earlier at Guardian Glass, I managed monthly payments of approximately $15–16M to more than 150 suppliers and maintained reconciled control accounts with zero audit exceptions. At Royal Food Industries FZE, I supported the finance function as revenue grew from $2M to $50M.
