I am a Cost Accountant (CMA) with over 25 years of finance and management accounting experience, currently leading Smelter Reporting — FP&A and Reporting in a large industrial firm. I specialize in budgeting, forecasting, variance and cost analysis, and financial modelling to support senior leadership decision-making.
I lead teams that deliver timely month-end closes, consolidated reporting and KPI dashboards, and I have driven automation initiatives using SAP BPC, Business Objects, SAC and RPA to improve accuracy and speed. I reduced the duration of the monthly consolidation process by streamlining workflows and eliminating manual spreadsheets.
