At Knowledge Expert, I worked as a Pega consultant and developer on projects for Agence Nationale de l’Habitat (ANAH) and Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS). On EVACTE and GEC, I analyzed and resolved critical production incidents, contributed to releases, and worked with the Product Owner on user story validation and testing.
For the Ma Prime Renov project, I developed Pega rules and participated in unit and automated testing, requirements analysis, and defect resolution. I also documented the solution, demonstrated it to stakeholders, and contributed to a proof of concept.
Earlier, at PFS CONSULTING, I developed and customized WordPress websites, set up payment methods, and hosted sites on AWS and OVH. My background also includes workflow automation with SharePoint Designer and SQL Server, and I hold Pega and SAFe certifications.
