Imad Ridaoui

I am an IT security and networking student based in Morocco, currently working as a trainee at WAFA Assurance. I support the participation in managing and securing the internal network, while collaborating with the IT team to improve system reliability.

During my internship, I also handle operational security-related workflows by processing medical files end-to-end: receiving documents, digitizing them, entering information into an internal portal, and sending them for validation. I contribute to the renewal of auto and moto contracts by verifying vehicle data, updating guarantees, and issuing attestations.

I bring strong fundamentals from my education in Networks & Security (DUT) and I am building solid problem-solving skills through hands-on exposure. I work with professionalism when welcoming and guiding clients, helping ensure accurate data and smooth procedures while continuing to grow in cybersecurity and network security.
