I’m a Technical Support and Infrastructure Engineer with 20+ years supporting enterprise IT in mission-critical environments, focused on disciplined escalation, documentation, and hands-on troubleshooting. I’ve worked across banking, mining, oil & gas, education, and international industrial projects, strengthening continuity through incident response and SLA/ITSM coordination.
In my current role, I provide 24/7 support for enterprise data center operations (including rack & stack, structured cabling, and optical/copper cross-connects), and I install/maintain/replace server hardware across common enterprise platforms. I also lead technical coordination for a small team, manage hardware diagnostics and basic provisioning, and collaborate with vendors—while applying Incident Management, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis to improve operations.
