I'm looking for a remote recruitment coordination or talent acquisition role where I can support global hiring, manage interviews and candidate pipelines, maintain accurate ATS records, and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

I've supported international hiring as a freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist and Remote Recruiter since 2020, coordinating candidates and hiring managers across North America, Asia-Pacific, the Philippines, India, Malaysia, and other global markets.

I manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, from interview scheduling and candidate follow-up to screening documentation, ATS records, pipeline tracking, and status communication. I've supported 40+ roles across cybersecurity, IT, SAP, finance, healthcare, BPO, customer service, engineering, and leadership functions.

I've managed more than 100 job postings across LinkedIn, MyGlit, and other recruitment platforms, while preparing and optimizing job advertisements for recruitment marketing.

I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, ATS platforms, and resume databases to identify qualified candidates and keep the candidate experience smooth, professional, and well documented.
