I've spent 29 years at Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), building enterprise training programs and supporting data-driven operations across executive and operational teams.

As a Lead Corporate Trainer and Subject Matter Expert, I design and deliver Microsoft Excel masterclasses, including dashboard automation, alongside training in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, prompt engineering, business ethics, and operational compliance.

I manage Learning & Development Center data administration, Training Need Assessments, LMS inputs, and post-training impact analytics. I also support executive decision-making through strategic reporting, data administration, and workforce upskilling initiatives.

My work also includes serving as Oracle ERP focal person during implementation and maintenance, coordinating between IT and Distribution teams, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting business process mapping. Earlier roles spanning billing, HSE coordination, statistical reporting, and executive administration give me a broad understanding of utility operations.
