What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen IAM governance, access controls, risk mitigation, and compliance while improving identity lifecycle processes through scalable, secure automation and cross-functional collaboration.

At BioVentus, I manage IAM governance, RBAC, segregation-of-duties controls, privileged access, and SOX logical access controls. I conduct access reviews, remediate excessive access and orphaned accounts, and support audits with documentation and evidence.

I've built and supported enterprise IAM operations across Amerisave Mortgage Company and Prestige Health, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, SSO, MFA, provisioning, and deprovisioning. I focus on least privilege, scalable access controls, process improvement, and clear collaboration with business and technical teams.
