At Rahim Systems Lab, I’m building production-grade farm intelligence systems that combine Earth observation, weather intelligence, distributed processing, and observability to support smallholder agriculture.
My current work includes a Farm Intelligence Platform serving East African smallholder farmers. It features a Rust microservice proxying Sentinel Hub satellite NDVI data, with Redis Streams for event-driven ingestion and Redis Sentinel for high availability.
I use Celery for distributed task execution and a Prometheus/Grafana observability layer. The core stack includes Python/Django, Rust, Redis, Caddy, and Docker.
Previously, I worked as a Back End Developer at Zynamis, where the description notes developing Back End Developer and ML.
