Migrated and modernised a legacy application to the latest Spring Boot version, improving performance and long-term maintainability. Delivered microservices end-to-end on AWS and established coding standards through structured reviews.

Owned the full lifecycle of multiple microservices from development through production support, presenting technical decisions to stakeholders. Modernised legacy services, built new microservices, and refactored a reactive WebFlux service; investigated production incidents using Splunk and SignalFX.

Contributed to a large-scale, event-driven backend platform by building new services and implementing configuration-driven features. Debugged issues across multiple services to trace problems through the distributed system and improve code quality.

Worked on two monolithic banking applications, contributing across the Java backend and Angular frontend. Translated business requirements into working solutions and refactored backend and frontend components while supporting estimation and task planning.

Built full-stack features as part of an intensive programme, working on real project challenges in a small team.

Supported student development projects within the IT department of the student union SiSC. Worked on database design, form validation, REST API development, and automated email workflows.
