What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a surgical-focused leadership role where I can improve unit flow, coordinate teams across specialties, and support excellent patient outcomes—bringing strong RN bedside judgment, scheduling/operations oversight, and clinical compliance.

I’m a compassionate, hardworking RN with 5 years of experience, currently working as a Clinical assistant nurse manager in the surgical department at OH Health Central. I oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and case scheduling while maintaining proper workplace flow and collaborating across specialties to meet organizational goals.

Previously, I worked as an OR Circulator at South Lake Hospital, coordinating pre-op and post-op teams to support optimal patient care and recovery while maintaining sterile technique and precautions throughout procedures. I also bring experience from independent RN work with Covid Testing and from Psychiatric/Med Surg at AdventHealth Orlando, where I coordinated treatment with multidisciplinary teams using knowledge of growth and development, psychopathology, and psychosocial systems.
