I have about four years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on backend development using Java Spring Boot. I started at FISOFT Technology (2022 to early 2024), working on enterprise ERP systems—finance, accounting, and banking modules—building backend services, developing RESTful APIs, and integrating financial reports using JasperReports.

After that, I joined THL ONE Corporation, where I moved into a Microservices architecture with Java Spring Boot. I built event-driven communication between services using Kafka, used Redis for distributed caching to reduce database load, and worked with the DevOps team to set up CI/CD pipelines, while delivering frontend modules using ReactJS.

Over my time at THL ONE, I grew into a Sub Lead role on two projects—the HRMS system and a B2B e-commerce platform. I owned core backend modules, did code reviews and mentorship, and optimized performance by running EXPLAIN/EXPLAIN ANALYZE, adding indexes, rewriting queries, and applying Redis caching and transaction handling—improving response time from 4–5 seconds down to around 200 milliseconds. My goal now is to deepen my expertise in backend architecture and system design, and eventually grow into a Tech Lead or Team Leader role.
