At Firhaj Footwear (Pvt) Limited — Hushpuppies & CAT Footwear, I led ERP implementation across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and CRM, using Microsoft D365 and Oracle EBS R12. I also directed POS-to-FBR regulatory integration nationwide.

My earlier work at US Apparel & Textile (Pvt) Limited — Workwear Division included budgeting and forecasting, capital investment appraisals, and strengthening internal controls. At Loft Commercial Limited — Outfitters, I managed financial operations and implemented controls across outlets countrywide.
