Prepared monthly management accounts and inventory valuation for The Linen Company, including budget-vs-actual cost-variance analysis. Managed receivables and reporting in Oracle ERP for a ~USD 358M textile exporter, reconciling ~PKR 500M of DLTL and rebate claims and overseeing multi-bank reconciliations.

Launched and ran the business end-to-end, owning costing, financials, and operations, reaching monthly net profit above GBP 5,000 during the start-up phase.
