What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly team where I can own features end-to-end, modernize legacy systems with spec-driven planning, ship production Rails apps, and collaborate in English—while mentoring others and contributing to QA and security.

I’m a full-stack developer with 8 years building and shipping web applications in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, from first requirements to production. I delivered 50+ client projects end-to-end at a software agency, covering requirements, data modeling, API development, deployment, and final delivery.

Most recently, I rebuilt a production help-desk system in Rails 8 with Hotwire, and it’s now used daily by hundreds of staff. As a Technical Lead, I also lead the modernization of 3 other legacy systems using a structured, spec-driven planning process.

I’m comfortable working remotely with international teams in English and owning features from the business problem down to the code. I deploy with Docker and Kamal, maintain CI pipelines, build internal desktop apps with Rust and Tauri, and contribute to code QA and vulnerability/security audits for AI training and evaluation projects.
