Hugo Felipe Riveros Fajardo

I’m a Frontend Software Engineer working on web applications, user interfaces and integrations between systems. I use React, Next.js and TypeScript to build solutions with a focus on user experience, performance and maintainability.

Since 2022, I’ve worked on e-commerce products and, more recently, payment technology. At ITGlobers, I developed storefronts and applications tailored to clients across different markets. At Yuno, I worked on SDKs, connectors and checkout experiences, adding payment capabilities and strengthening integration reliability.

This experience has helped me tackle problems involving interfaces, APIs, business logic and production behavior. I enjoy understanding a product’s context, translating its needs into technical decisions and taking solutions from investigation through delivery.

AI is part of my engineering workflow. At Yuno, I used Claude Code daily and worked with agent teams for research, planning, implementation and documentation. I also built reusable skills and tools, including Yunex, an assistant that connects technical knowledge, source code and observability to support questions and incident investigations. I’m currently exploring Codex to evaluate other tools and continue refining how I work. I retain ownership of technical decisions, review and validation.

I moved into software development through a career change, technical training and self-directed learning. That experience continues to drive my curiosity and ability to learn new domains and tools.
