Previously, as a Warranty Engineer at Tata Motors, I trained technicians and service advisors on new updates and campaigns, handled customer concerns, and clarified warranty terms. I resolved vehicle problems to identify required parts and maintained reports for tracking warranty cases while reporting solutions to the regional head.
