At AAA, I manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, from setup and capitalization through depreciation, transfers, disposals, and roll-forward schedules.
I execute monthly close activities including GL reviews, account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and financial reporting. I also support budgeting and forecasting in Adaptive Planning, using actual results and departmental variances to provide management insights.
I partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to provide financial records, resolve discrepancies, validate account coding, and improve financial data accuracy. My work follows GAAP and includes fixed asset audits, prepaid accounting, and accurate expense recognition.
Previously at Newport Group, I prepared and reviewed NQDC reports, accounting schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis while working with investment providers to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
