I’m a Health Education graduate with hands-on experience in patient health promotion and clinical records management. I regularly use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including Aquila EMR, to keep patient documentation accurate, organized, and strictly confidential.

As a HealthRecordsOfficer intern at MOBONIKE HOSPITAL, I oversee the end to end lifecycle of patient medical files, managing data entry into Aquila EMR and spreadsheets while ensuring 100% compliance and confidentiality. I coordinate retrieval and management of sensitive medical files for ART patients, delivering care with empathy and strong privacy practices.

I also support ongoing treatment by conducting routine follow-up calls and check ins to monitor treatment adherence, track patient health status, and record feedback. In parallel, I coordinate documentation for immunization clinics—handling inbound/outbound scheduling and precise vaccine inventory tracking—while streamlining outpatient documentation and triage processes to reduce patient wait times.

Earlier, at CIVIL SERVICE HOSPITAL, I delivered structured health talks on nutrition, lifestyle adjustment, and disease prevention, facilitated community immunization initiatives, and maintained accurate logs for hospital reporting. I bring dependable, proactive energy to supporting patient care plans and administrative workflows, backed by TRCN (HEPN) registration and training in public health education and healthcare workflow.
