I'm building full-stack web applications that combine practical user experiences with data models, backend APIs, and responsive interfaces. As a final-year Software Engineering student, I work with JavaScript, Django, React, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
For NutriAfrica, I built a multi-page nutrition marketplace with health-profile filters, shopping-cart persistence, dark mode, and a Claude API-powered assistant tailored to Kenyan food culture. I also co-develop an LMS, where I designed the backend data model across seven Django apps and am building DRF serializers and views while integrating M-Pesa/Daraja payments.
My projects also include an Airbnb-style property listing site and FreshTrack, a pantry-tracking app with local storage and CSV export. Alongside development, I've evaluated AI model outputs against structured quality rubrics through freelance work and bring a Food Science and cybersecurity training background to my technical work.
