Worked in customer service, handling any problems that arose with passengers. Rebooked passengers to new flights when there were misconnections and resolved any issues that came up.

Took photos of the Marshall fire to assess safe areas and structural integrity, and received building plans to calculate dimensions and location. Handled paperwork for trucks removing asbestos, trees, metal, etc., and submitted emails detailing the process taking place each day.

Coached high school students on and off the field, teaching them how to take care of themselves mentally and physically. Helped players find methods to balance school, work, and soccer.

Babysat children of all ages, cooked meals, and cleaned up any messes. Accommodated for specific needs of each child and provided a safe environment for the kids to feel comfortable.

Coached girls soccer team, including basic rules, techniques and fundamentals, and helped create and execute practice plans and game plans. Communicated with players on rules of participation and disciplinary guidelines, helping them win and lose with a positive and sportsmanlike attitude.

Provided customers with a pleasant shopping experience and accepted the responsibility of handling money. Provided service excellence, listening to the customer and meeting or exceeding expectations, and maintained a calm demeanor when dealing with difficult customers to successfully resolve conflicts.

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, combining athletic discipline and commitment with a passion for promoting health and wellness in children. Gained experience in planning high school and extracurricular events, and developing programs to encourage participation and success.
