At Inked Studios, I designed Timetrekker and KE Events, taking them from research and journey mapping through tested, high-fidelity prototypes. For KE Events, research with 65 event-goers found that 87% couldn’t verify events they discovered online, informing verified-organizer badges, transparent pricing, and live updates.
I also built and rolled out Inked Studios’ design system, with scalable components and visual guidelines. For Timetrekker, I developed personas and journey maps and iterated through usability testing; 90% of test participants described the app as calming, clear, and helpful.
As a freelance designer, I worked on web and mobile products across events, e-commerce, education, and services. I also redesigned Sign With Us for deaf users and their hearing carers, adding captions and sign-language videos while reducing reliance on audio and aligning with WCAG.
