I've led security compliance and GRC programs at VinSOC and VNG Corporation, developing cybersecurity policies, AI governance strategy, risk registers, dashboards, and ISMS controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, NIST CSF 2.0, and SOC 2. At VinSOC, I led end-to-end cybersecurity assessments across 15 Vingroup Business Units and managed SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 programs.
At VNG, I led ISO 27001 certification for five legal entities, deployed ISO 22301 for Zalo core processes, and managed SOX 404 requirements from 2023 to 2025. I also work part-time as an ISO auditor and trainer with Bureau Veritas Vietnam, backed by ISMS experience at FPT Software supporting software, banking, healthcare, and aerospace projects.
