MBBS physician and remote medical scribe delivering accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation, prior authorizations, and telehealth support for US practices.
What I'm looking for
I’m an MBBS-qualified physician and remote medical scribe who helps physicians save time with accurate US healthcare documentation, patient-care coordination, and compliant administrative workflows. I combine frontline clinical experience with strong US operations understanding.
Currently, I support a US-based ophthalmology practice by handling medical scribing and SOAP documentation, EHR/EMR charting, prior authorizations, insurance verification, prescription refill processing, and denial management with appeals. I prepare HIPAA-compliant SOAP notes and clinical documentation within EHR/EMR systems while coordinating with insurance companies and pharmacies to resolve authorization, billing, and medication-related issues.
I’ve supported 2–5 physicians daily with real-time documentation and administrative workflows, managing 20–40 patient-related documentation tasks per shift with high accuracy and compliance. I also process 50+ prior authorization requests monthly to help reduce treatment delays and improve patient access to medications.
Before remote healthcare, I completed clinical training and served as a Medical Officer in high-volume hospital settings, managing diverse medical and gynecological cases while strengthening my patient communication and clinical judgment. In my hospital rotations, including house officer work, I built experience across general medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, and emergency procedures—stabilizing critical cases, performing key initial interventions, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
