What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level role where I can combine telecom NOC experience and UI/UX skills, work with cross-functional teams, learn mentor-guided practices, and contribute to reliable networks and user-centered products.

I am a fresh graduate with a background in telecommunications and network operations, experienced as a NOC Engineer and junior UI/UX designer. I blend technical network troubleshooting with user-centered design to deliver reliable systems and intuitive interfaces.

During NOC roles and internships I monitored, maintained, and troubleshooted network systems to ensure uninterrupted operations, used monitoring tools, and managed customer tickets within SLA parameters, improving uptime and customer satisfaction.

As a Junior UI/UX Designer and intern I created wireframes, user flows, and responsive prototypes in Figma, collaborated with developers to ensure design accuracy, and built responsive UI elements with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for mobile-first e-commerce features.
