What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to build rigorous LBO, DCF, comparable-company, and transaction valuation analyses using structured financial models.

I build LBO, DCF, public company comparables, precedent transactions, and valuation-summary analyses for an IT managed services acquisition.

I work from transaction inputs and assumptions to complete a financial model using formulas for numeric calculations. I follow standard financial conventions where routine calculations are not explicitly defined.

I compare LBO entry multiples, DCF exit-multiple cases, public-company EBITDA multiples, precedent-transaction EBITDA multiples, and median valuation indicators.

I focus on accurate, structured financial-model completion while preserving required sheet order, row order, period layout, and section labels.
