Senior Frontend Developer crafting accessible, high-performance AEM experiences for enterprises.
What I'm looking for
I’m a frontend specialist with over 17 years’ experience delivering high-performance, accessible web applications for global enterprise clients. I bring deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong focus on component-driven architectures.
At 3|Share (Roche), I lead frontend implementation and build/maintain an AEM component library powering critical patient and healthcare professional platforms. I developed accessible, user-centric interfaces for ForPatients, built complex responsive layouts for Roche Medically, and optimised frontend architecture for Roche MedInfo—while enforcing WCAG and responsive design principles.
Previously at Sony PlayStation, I delivered AEM frontend solutions across agile frontend, backend, and QA teams. I led the migration of the community forum UI from Lithium to AEM Communities, rebuilt the help and support section as a single-page application using AngularJS, introduced the Jasmine testing framework, and won an internal Collabathon with a React and Node.js prototype.
Earlier in my career, I led frontend teams at Virgin Media (up to 7 developers, including offshore) and defined technical strategy during platform renewals. I drove migrations into a unified AEM stack using Sightly (HTL), improved build/deployment efficiency by introducing Grunt and SASS, and continued building W3C-validated, cross-browser web experiences.
