I’m a SOC Analyst with 4.10 years of overall experience and 3 years focused on security operations, including 24/7 monitoring, analysis, and incident response. I’ve used SIEM platforms such as IBM QRadar, Seceon, ArcSight, and Splunk, along with EDR/XDR tools like Cortex XDR and CrowdStrike EDR to help mitigate risks and support compliance. In my current role at Airtel B2B, I manage SOC workflows end-to-end—from offense analysis and ticketing to SLA tracking, daily/weekly reporting, and SOC recommendations for true positives.
Earlier, at IBM (Alchemy Techsol Pvt Ltd, payroll), I handled incident response activities across containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident actions, while analyzing offenses across systems like IPS/IDS, antivirus, ESA, servers, firewall, WAF, email servers, and terminal security.
