For an e-commerce churn and retention analysis, I built a 100K-order PostgreSQL warehouse using a star schema and SCD Type-2, automated ETL with 13 data-quality checks, and identified delivery time as the primary churn driver. I delivered a live Tableau dashboard and a two-page insights report with four actionable recommendations.
I've also analyzed California hospital workforce risk using BLS and QCEW APIs and evaluated corn-margin stress across 82 Iowa counties using USDA and ERS data. I enjoy translating EDA, retention metrics, and financial analysis into practical decisions for stakeholders.
