What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a purchasing/procurement role where I can manage vendors, run MRP and purchase orders, keep inventory lean, and support cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with clear communication.

I’m a results-driven purchasing and procurement leader who keeps inventory levels optimized while minimizing excess materials. At American Reading Company, I monitor stock, run weekly MRP, submit purchase orders, schedule deliveries, and ensure procured items arrive complete and on time—then address problems quickly when they arise.

I also bring strong vendor and contract ownership. As a Procurement, School Store and Shipping Manager at Ravenscroft School, I negotiated contracts, performed budget analysis, processed purchase orders and requisitions, and helped evaluate conditions for issuing and awarding bids; I coordinated inbound/outbound shipments with delivery services, verified package contents with packing lists, and kept store inventory and merchandising consistent. Earlier, I supported Program Consultants and Account Managers with proposals, CRM updates, order-fulfillment coordination, collateral inventory management, and trade show logistics—so I’m comfortable working across teams to deliver clear, reliable outcomes.
