What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading mission-critical enterprise and federal-system integrations, applying deep middleware architecture, automated testing, and platform modernization experience to stable, high-impact financial operations.

I've spent two decades at USPTO building and modernizing the middleware backbone connecting Momentum to federal procurement, travel, and financial systems including eAcquisitions, Concur, FPDS-NG, CCRC/SAM, and Pay.gov.

At Brainzer and CGI Federal, I serve as the primary technical owner for these integrations, leading Momentum upgrades from 6.0.7 through 8.3.0 with zero production disruption. I designed the SOAP UI automated testing framework used across release cycles to detect integration and core-platform defects before production.

I architected the Apache Camel-based eAcquisitions and Vendor Portal integration, creating a procurement foundation that later supported microservices modernization. I also built the Concur-to-Momentum integration that replaced FedTraveler and the FPNG RAM synchronization suite spanning more than 15 transactional areas.

Earlier, at DePuy Orthopedics and Johnson & Johnson, I redesigned an 80,000-record integration from seven hours to three. My work combines webMethods, Apache Camel, Java, Oracle, SOA, testing automation, and deep knowledge of federal financial workflows.
