What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in data analytics roles where I can turn customer and marketing data into actionable retention, churn-prevention, sales, and business performance strategies.

I've supported customer retention and revenue analysis at PT Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri, examining paying users, lapsers, churners, and non-paying users across mobile and fixed broadband services. My work helps teams identify revenue drivers, prevent churn, and improve customer conversion strategies.

Previously at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, I managed Oracle data warehousing, built performance monitoring programs, and created an outlet business monitoring dashboard for product distribution and salesforce activity. I use SQL, Hadoop, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio to turn complex data into actionable reporting.
