What I'm looking for

I seek research or academic roles applying mathematical modelling, data analysis, and Python/R skills to public-health challenges, with mentorship and collaboration opportunities.

I am an applied mathematician and experienced secondary school teacher with a strong research record in mathematical modelling of infectious respiratory diseases, vaccination strategies, and non-pharmaceutical interventions. I combine classroom leadership (Head of Science Department, ICT coordinator) with applied research using Python, R and Wolfram Mathematica to produce peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.

My work has produced multiple journal articles and conference papers on stability, sensitivity and optimal control of disease models, and I hold an MSc in Applied Mathematics while pursuing a PhD. I mentor and train colleagues, develop ICT-integrated lessons, and apply data analysis, machine learning and mathematical programming to solve public-health problems.
