I’m an analytical, solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience in regulated laboratory environments, with daily hands-on use of LIMS and ELN systems. I’m known for strong problem solving, clear documentation, and cross-functional collaboration that keeps work audit-ready and compliant.

As a Senior Quality Control Analyst, I used LIMS, ELN platforms, LabVantage, SAP, OpenLab, and MasterControl daily to manage workflows, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain compliance. I actively supported a lab transition to a new ELN system—handling workflow testing, documentation updates, troubleshooting, and user adoption.

I also lead continuous improvement as a 5S Champion, mapping current state workflows and partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve system usability. Through cross-system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, I investigated non-routine technical issues that impacted lab operations.

Previously, as a Quality Control Chemist, I executed high-throughput analytical testing with strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements, including documenting invalid records and compliance-driven workflows. I trained new hires, identified workflow bottlenecks, and bring a strong investigative mindset—replicating issues, escalating appropriately, and driving accurate resolution.
