I developed the WomanGrievance redressal system, an ML-based application that classifies women’s grievances using Python, NLP, SVM, LSTM, and Naive Bayes. I built its Flask front end with automated complaint routing and email alerts.
At iNodesystechnologies, I worked as a website developer using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. At Reckitt (via Team Lease Edtech Ltd.), I trained sales representatives and distributors to use a mobile application and Distributor Management System Portal, and taught individuals to implement and manage a new ERP processor workflow.
