At Compusys Systems Limited, I build full-stack GenAI applications for e-commerce, including product discovery, customer support, order assistance, and internal knowledge search. I develop RAG pipelines with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, embeddings, vector databases, and FastAPI to deliver grounded responses from product catalogs, policies, FAQs, and operational documents.

I've built agentic assistants for product comparison, inventory checks, order tracking, returns, refunds, and human escalation, with guardrails, role-based access, PII masking, audit logs, and safe fallbacks. I also create React interfaces, integrate PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure AI Search, and Azure services, and support Docker-based CI/CD deployments.
