What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead education technology or assessment delivery initiatives where I can manage customers, guide implementations, develop teams, and take projects from requirements through successful adoption.

I'm currently an Assistant General Manager at Digii Campus, following 14 years leading education technology deliveries at TCS iON. I manage education customers from requirement gathering through final delivery, helping them adopt ERP, Digital Campus, LMS, HRMS, Payroll, and assessment solutions.

At TCS iON, I worked closely with the National Testing Agency on assessment projects and exams, supported project managers, trained new PMs, and helped sales evaluate tenders. I have also led cross-functional teams, contractual delivery, customer configurations, risk and issue tracking, data setup, and process upgrades.

Earlier, at Infosys, I maintained, optimized, tested, and updated Long-Term Care Partner systems using Java and SQL. I bring practical coding knowledge, education-domain understanding, and a customer-focused approach to managing multiple projects in parallel.
