At Medier, I executed manual testing across 23–28 iGaming brands, covering functional, regression, localization and content checks. I validated customer journeys from registration and login through deposits, withdrawals and payment methods, and documented defects in Jira.

In my GreenLeaf Grocers QA capstone, I tested Guest Checkout with Jira and Zephyr, automated a regression scenario using Playwright, and checked order persistence with SQL. Before QA, I supported online gaming customers at Wedosupport through live chat and email, investigating account and payment issues in Zendesk.
