I seek a role where I can manage financial operations, lead/process improvements, train staff, and help optimize cash flow within a collaborative, community-focused organization.

I am a highly motivated, detail-oriented full-charge bookkeeper and consultant with 17 years of hands-on experience managing financial departments and daily operations for 30+ corporations and community associations.

I have led software transitions, trained staff, and improved financial accuracy through thorough audits, reconciliations, and timely reporting to support tax preparation and CPA audits.

As a principal and manager, I hired and supervised teams, managed accounts payable/receivable, prepared budgets and bank reconciliations, and recommended banking and reserve strategies to optimize cash flow and capital projects.

I bring strong customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Vantaca, AvidXchange and Microsoft Office, and I am committed to improving processes, retaining clients, and supporting community-focused organizations.
