I seek remote or onsite roles where I can apply full-charge bookkeeping and accounting expertise, support audits, streamline processes, and contribute to a collaborative, organized finance team.

I am a results-driven accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping, accounting, and year-end audit preparation. I consistently deliver accurate financial statements, reconciliations, payroll processing, tax filings, and process improvements across industries including nonprofit, construction, manufacturing, real estate, and associations.

I’m a seasoned bookkeeper and creative entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. I specialize in remote contract support for small/medium/large businesses, startups, and service firms.

I also offer hands-on services in decluttering, inventory counting, and small-scale decorating—bringing both precision and creativity to every project.

My strengths include advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, SAGE 50 Quantum, Timberline, Oracle and Plexxis, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions and multiple projects remotely. I collaborate with controllers and leadership to streamline workflows, support audits, and provide timely financial insights to drive better decision-making.

I have excellent skills in doing large volume Bank , Credit Card & General Ledger Reconciliation- Open to contract with large organizations on a as needed basis. I have work experience in both USA and Canada.
