I’m an ISTQB Certified QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality software through manual testing, product support, and web application testing. I design and execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, responsive, and cross-browser test coverage across SaaS, HRMS, healthcare, and corporate website domains.

At Art Technology & Software, I support multi-tenant SaaS quality engineering by executing tests across modules and validating deployments. I’ve used Ubuntu Linux for environment support, Git/GitHub for deployment workflows, and Postman to verify application functionality and third-party integrations, including QuickBooks and Xero synchronization.

I also strengthen release confidence through end-to-end testing and defect management. I log and verify defects in tools like ClickUp, collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, and prepare technical documentation for deployment procedures, environment setup, troubleshooting, and issue analysis.

Previously, as an Application Analyst, I handled application installation and maintenance, investigated logs for production troubleshooting, and performed database installation with basic SQL support. I’m comfortable with modern QA tooling for testing and reporting, and I use Playwright basics with the Page Object Model (POM) and JavaScript to maintain small automation efforts.
