Agronomy student at Universidad Nacional de Colombia building an automated aeroponic system for sustainable vegetable production.
ColombiaWhat I'm looking for
At Universidad Nacional de Colombia, I designed and built a modular automated aeroponic system for vegetable production. I programmed a microcontroller to regulate irrigation and integrated sensors to monitor growing conditions.
In academic projects, I assessed productive systems at Finca los Cerritos, analyzed climate and soil data, and created spatial maps using QGIS and GPS. I also tested organic amendments to improve saprolite and evaluated soil properties and rocoto pepper growth.
At Universidad Nacional de Colombia – Unidad de Salud, I supported the organization and updating of databases, mainly using Microsoft Excel. I’m seeking a professional internship in agriculture, especially field crop management, crop monitoring, plant nutrition, irrigation, fertigation, plant health, and production data analysis.
