Heba Trabeshi

I am a specialist in Archaeological Site Management and Heritage Conservation with advanced degrees in both heritage management and human resources. I have combined field documentation, condition reporting, and conservation recommendations with community-focused initiatives.

From 2020 to 2023 I coordinated programs for the Egyptian Heritage Rescue Foundation, preparing condition reports, coordinating field teams, and delivering awareness and administrative training for heritage staff. I have also led community development projects for the Union of Specialized Women at the Arab League, designing programs for Syrian refugee women and supervising feasibility and operational planning.

For more than a decade I have volunteered as a community leader with local and international NGOs, providing educational support, rehabilitation programs, awareness workshops on rights and access to services, and producing analytical reports on refugee needs. My work emphasized replicable models later used in other countries.

I bring strong communication, motivational and organizational skills, a strategic planning mindset, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Despite displacement and legal restrictions on formal employment, I remain focused on applying my expertise in service of heritage preservation and community resilience.
