At GDL Connect, I build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and KPI views for insurance operations. I document refresh logic and business rules, and work with stakeholders to agree on metric definitions.

I automated a monthly premium reconciliation for about 300 loans, using OCR, validation, and a review packet. I also built an LLM document-review app that checks insurance policy packages against lender requirements and shows reviewers the evidence behind each verdict.

I designed and shipped six internal Python tools with AI pair-programming, alongside compliance hooks, review agents, and replay tests. I also migrated four applications’ LLM calls to AWS Bedrock and co-built and maintain the AWS QA deployment and GitHub Actions CI.

At Philip Morris International, I built and maintained Power BI dashboards and Excel reports for factory control and production performance. I standardized indicator definitions and report templates with operations stakeholders, and cleaned and validated data from multiple sources.
