What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead wet-utilities design teams delivering compliant IFC packages for potable, wastewater, and stormwater networks—combining hydraulic modeling, Value Engineering, and BIM clash resolution—on fast-track, stakeholder-aligned projects.

I’m a Lead Wet Utilities Engineer with over 18 years of progressive experience in hydraulic analysis, masterplanning, infrastructure design, and engineering team leadership. I’m recognized for delivering high-value Issued-for-Construction (IFC) packages while aligning engineering outputs to regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

In my current role at ASSYSTEM RADICON & ALI AL HARBY in Al-Khobar, KSA, I lead wet utilities design covering storm drainage, potable water, sanitary sewer, and irrigation networks. I supervise Civil 3D and BIM workflows to drive clash resolution and ensure 100% compliance with Royal Commission quality standards for final IFC packages.

Previously as a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer, I owned end-to-end design from concept to IFC/IFB for large-scale networks, including potable/firewater, industrial/domestic wastewater, and multi-tier irrigation systems. I built and calibrated complex hydraulic models using GIS and field data, and I supported optimization through technical peer reviews and coordination that produced accurate BOQ and Design Basis Reports (DBR).

I’m also deeply grounded in Gulf-region engineering codes and regulatory compliance frameworks, with strong experience across potable and reclaimed water networks, pump stations, lift stations, and stormwater conveyance. Whether it’s hydraulic modeling, Value Engineering (VE), or BIM coordination, my professional focus is consistent: deliver compliant designs that improve performance, reduce cost, and keep projects moving.
