I am an appellate and business litigation attorney with experience across all phases of complex civil litigation, from trial preparation through appellate briefing. I have drafted dispositive motions, argued motions in court, led discovery, and written substantive appellate arguments on constitutional and civil rights issues, including Eighth Amendment litigation and interlocutory appeals.

I have represented clients in intellectual property, employment, and contract disputes, advised businesses on regulatory and employment law changes, and published research on the impact of trade and investment treaties on access to medicines.
